The rental licenses are payable monthly in advance. The minimum contract term for rental licenses is one month. An automatic contract extension for a further month takes place if the contract is canceled with a notice period of 7 days before the end of the current month.
Note on Extended Lifecycle Support (ELS)
For Plesk installations running on operating systems without active manufacturer support, Plesk/WebPros charges additional monthly ELS fees. These costs are in addition to the regular license and become effective automatically as soon as the operating system reaches end-of-life status.
As soon as Plesk informs us that an installation is running on a system subject to ELS, we pass these fees on to our customers in full.
To prevent avoidable additional costs, we recommend upgrading to a currently supported operating system version in good time. An overview of all affected versions and the respective support periods can be found directly in the official Plesk lifecycle policy: https://www.plesk.com/lifecycle-policy
